  1. Your red clay makes such a rich, delicious brown. I love to see it pared with the sky and water.

  2. Hey y'all ... you know that old adage ... if you can't say anything good, best to not say anything at all.

This too will pass. Thanks for asking Anya.

  4. Sometimes silence is best. Hope everything's well with you, Miss D, Ness, Ver and Gus. Much love from the (too, too) sunny West Coast.

  5. Your pictures are absolutely beautiful, Susan! Oh, how I wish I were there to enjoy them with you. :) Thanks for stopping by today. I've sure missed you....tons! I took your idea about making my Umbrella Girl painting into cards, and it's coming along well. :)

Much love to you and the furry buddies! xo

PS I just posted a special blog...when you have time.

  7. I would so much like to visit this beautiful place you have photographed but it is so far away! Sometimes we, or I do anyway, feel so isolated way "Down Under".The photos are beautifully atmospheric Susan. We have, of course, or own beautiful ochre colours in our heartland, but there is something about the softness of the Novia Scotia landscapes that you have shown that I (would) love.
